Alphonso Mango Pulp is made from high quality Ratnagiri Alphonso Mangoes by removing seed and skin. It is very thick and rich in taste as compared to regular mango pulp and contains a lot of mango tidbits/chunks with some pulp. Raw mangoes are Hand plucked from our well pampered orchards, under motherly care of our experts, are then kept in controlled environment until they ripen and give out sweet aroma.
A sip of this yummy Desai Bhandu’s Alphonso Mango Tidbits Pulp with a slice of a mango in it is sure to make you touch divinity of nature. What we have done is mix some sliced Alphonso’s in this pulp, which gives it a texture of homemade Aamras (a name used in Indian households for pulp created by crushing ripe alphonso mango flesh with hands) . The scrumptious taste of this product cannot be described but has to be experienced.
The product can be eaten as is as a sweet dish or can be used in various mango related delicacies such as Mango Lassi, Mango Barphi, Mango Pudding, aamrakhand, Mango Icecream etc.
